University Cooperative Housing Association

The University Cooperative Housing Association ( UCHA) provides reasonable-cost Housing to University students, visiting scholars, and faculty within a Cooperative living association.University Cooperative Housing Association ( UCHA) is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in California on September 2, 1938. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors and managed by a staff of employees and the Cooperative's members. The Association operates a complex consisting of three student residences, a kitchen, cafeteria, and several common areas, which is located in westwood, California close to the University of California, Los Angeles campus.
