To establish and maintain harmonious relations among all of the Air Conditioning, heating, and Sheet Metal contractors, with other branches of the construction industry, and with the general public. To promote and expand use of Air Conditioning, heating and Sheet Metal materials in the construction industry. To establish and maintain favorable and harmonious relations between Air Conditioning, heating and sehet Metal contractors and the manufacturers, distributors and consumers of their products. To establish ethical standards of conduct and to promote a high quality of workmanship and service to the public. To promote, establish and maintain harmonious employer-employee relations within the industry and to establish and maintain collective bargaining relationships.
