Boojum institute for Experiential Education offers environmental Education and leadership development programs for youth and adults. Boojum's comprehensive Experiential Education programs-facilitated in all of the four major ecosystems (mountain, coastal, desert, and river) of california-include 1) outdoor & environmental Education programs; 2) professional development & retreat; 3) adventure challenge programs; and 4) traveling Education.guided by the mission "to unlock potential, promote self-discovery and inspire growth", the foundation of the institute centers around six core values: personal growth, teamwork, leadership, compassion, environmental stewardship and community.
