Organization of Women Executives

The organization of Women Executives (OWE) was created in 1975 as an informal group of executive-level Women in the Los Angeles area interested in developing stronger relationships with their professional peers. Over the next five decades, the organization grew in size and evolved a more formal structure to serve its membership, recruit new members, and manage a yearly roster of luncheons, dinners, special events, and other, more informal gatherings.
