The Independent Film & Television Alliance shall serve as a trade association whosemission is to promote, protect, and support the Independent Film and Television industry, which consists of those companies that are in the business of producing and/or representing films and/or Television programming and licensing such programming for distribution worldwide primarily through third party distributors and platforms.
