To provide, develop, administer and control an effective motorized and adequately manned Security Patrol for the safety Security, and well-being of the residents and business persons in the community of Lake San Marcos, California. To promote and encourage interest and participation by all persons in Security and crime prevention. To provide for a safe community by enhancing a collaborative effort between the community and local governmental agencies.
