The purpose of the organization is to support and enhance the skills of stewards in matters involving grievances and to assist in contract administration under the Maintenance contractors agreement. The organization focuses on the stewards' ability to evaluate, investigate, process, and settle employee differences in a way that benefits all parties involved.
