Family Connect of Wisconsin Inc

Family Connect of Wisconsin uses careportal, a software platform, to Connect social service caseworkers with church response teams to supply, basic needs to a Family in cirisis with the goal of preventing the child from entering foster care. If the child has been removed from the Family for safety reasons, Family Connect will support the foster Family with a response team to help care for the child. We believe that every child deserves a strong Family foundation to thrive. The church has the tools and relationships to mentor families in crisis.
