The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to enhance the educational experience of children in economically challenged domestic and international communities by focusing on family food and housing security, assisting with medical care that would otherwise limit a family's ability to allow its children to participate in his or her education in an undistracted manner and providing direct grants of supplies and funds to schools in economically challenged communities.
