Simple Nest Inc

The Simple Nest, inc. (the organization) is organized as a nonprofit corporation exclusively for the charitable related purposes described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code which are more specifically described as working enhance the quality of life within the state of arkansas by providing free furniture and home items to underserved members of our community without regard to race, creed, sex, or ability. The organization encourages volunteers to help serve and donate goods and services to provide furniture and household items to underprivileged members of our community. The organization plans to provide furniture and household items in furtherance of dignity and quality of life. The organization also plans to carry out its charitable purpose by providing funds, goods and/or services to individuals in need within the context of and in furtherance of the organization's charitable purpose.
