Halo Support Organization Inc

To operate at all times exclusively for the benefit of to perform the functions of and or to carry out the purposes of Health and Life Organization Inc. H.A.L.O. A California nonprofit public benefit corporation that is an organization described in Section 501c3 and Section 509a1 of the Code HALO or if HALO ceases to be an organization described in Section 501c3 and Section 509a1 of the Code such other organization that is so described as selected by the Board of Directors; and to engage in such other activities as directed by the Board of Directors.
