(1) mindfulness taiji ball activities (first half of 2025)the foundation conducted a series of group sessions focused on movement-based meditation and physical awareness. These activities emphasized mindful movement, posture, and coordination as a form of meditative practice to support general well-being and attentional focus.the program was educational in nature, open to the public, and did not involve any medical diagnosis or treatment.
