Sneakers to SCRUBS is dedicated to reducing health disparities by supporting student-athletes throughout their educational journey and transforming healthcare delivery in underserved communities. We encourage student-athletes to explore various careers in healthcare, provide opportunities for them to experience the medical profession, and offer support to excel in the field, while simultaneously building community partnerships that expand healthcare access where it's needed most. Our goal is to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals who reflect the communities they come from, ensuring they are equipped to meet the unique needs of the people they serve, and creating sustainable pathways that connect athletic excellence with healthcare transformation.
