Day of Hope Ministries Inc

Section 1. Nonprofit Purpose This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Section 2. Specific Purpose Day of Hope Ministries works to win people to Jesus through preaching, teaching and evangelistic outreach in partnership with the local church. We equip the people of God by teaching, preaching and demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: A. To teach and preach the Bible both inside and outside the walls of the local church while propagating the gospel. B. To sponsor, fund, host, plan and/or participate in events and activities that promote the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and propagate the Gospel
