HJAA's primary purpose is to establish a professional, social, and religious network for Jewish Alumni of Harvard university. HJAA hopes to, in part, (a) promote and encourage communication and cooperation between Harvard university and its Jewish students, Alumni, faculty and staff to improve the safety and well-being of Harvard's Jewish and associated communities, (b) foster a spirt of unity between Jewish Alumni of different denominations, movements, practices, and traditions, (c) create an organization that reaches and supports Alumni, current students, prospective students and faculty of Harvard university, and (d) support the flourishing of the Jewish religion on campus and within Alumni. To accomplish its purposes, HJAA plans to conduct the following activities: provide a medium for Jewish Alumni to connect and provide networking opportunities for current Harvard students to network with members of HJAA.
