The corporation shall form for the purpose of organizing first responders employed in the field of communication and dispatch officers; to provide benefits of unionization to communication and dispatch officers in the first responder field; to protect and preserve the benefits obtained for members of this organization; to secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic advantages related to benefits through organization, negotiations and collective bargaining, through economic means and other lawful methods.
