Antara Network

Antara Network is a woman-led community of multicultural facilitators. We employ a trauma-informed somatic approach to contemplative practice and group facilitation in transformative workshops and retreats. Antara embraces multimodal approaches to holistic and embodied facilitation and encourages collaboration and resource sharing among its members. Through creating healing-centered spaces, we foster the inner work of individual and collective transformation for the benefit of society.
