Latino Caucus of the Virginia Conference of the UMC

The Latino Caucus envisions a Virginia Conference where our Latino presence is empowered to lead, grow, and transform the Church and the world through equity, innovation, and community. We commit to: Advocating for equitable resources and inclusive representation for Latino ministries and leaders; Teaching and training Latinos and allies to creatively and effectively grow Latino ministries across the Conference; and Mentoring Latino clergy and laity to strengthen leadership and support cross-racial, cross-cultural ministry partnerships.
