FLASH Tech Summit exists for the purposes of promoting awareness and education around the various areas of expertise and careers in the information technology field. Providing an atmosphere for children to easily gain access to learn about technology, through hands-on engagement and activities with the goal of increasing black talent in the technology field, by exposing them to it in their youth. Reaching children through events and outreach that promote easy access to tech education and resources. Supplying resources to empower and equip black and brown children with knowledge and skills to enter into and thrive in the information technology field
