Charlie West Heritage

Charlie West Heritage supported members and families of the 130th Airlift Wing through morale, Heritage, and family-support initiatives. The organization created and sold themed merchandise to fund unit support activities and provide assistance to members in need. During the year, the organization raised funds to support a unit member diagnosed with terminal cancer, providing approximately $2,400 to assist the members family. The organization also implemented a newborn support program providing care packages to members welcoming new children, sponsored multiple unit cookouts supporting promotions and retirements, produced event-themed merchandise for a training fly-away, and purchased Heritage and morale items not otherwise funded through squadron resources.
