The Organization arranges for the purchase and acceptance of equines from auctions, individuals and organizations that may require veterinary care, proper immunizations, and volunteer foster care until proper homes can be found. It works mainly in the Madisonville, Texas Area, but is not limited to such area. The Organization help to prevent these animals from experiencing unnecessary suffering and, where appropriate, provides the animals with a chance at adoption. The Organization is a 24 hour organization with fosters and volunteers from time to time assisting with the care of the animals. The Organization also assists different government agencies, shouldering those burdens of government by providing care for suffering animals and thereby relieving those agencies of the need to do so. The Organization's activities are funded by individual donations, corporate donations, donated goods and services, fundraising and by sales of homemade merchandise for donation funds. The Organization
