Positivity Spectrum

The Positivity Spectrum is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code Its primary exempt purpose is to support and empower underserved autistic children and their families by providing advocacy education and access to inclusive programs that promote social emotional and academic development The organization fulfills this purpose by offering individualized IEP advocacy to ensure access to a Free and Appropriate Public Education FAPE operating a free legal clinic to assist families in navigating special education rights and providing community-based sensory-friendly programs that foster social connection and skill-building Through initiatives such as Camp for Kids and accessible weekend programming The Positivity Spectrum works to remove financial and systemic barriers so that all children regardless of income can thrive in school and in their communities
