Ibew New England Utility Council

To facilitate the coordination of efforts among all affiliate locals to compare, compile, and discuss the issues that face ibew members who work in the Utility industry in the ibew second district, New England States, and to achieve a greater degree of unity and coordinated action between the local unions affiliated in the Council.
