LET Virginia Vote

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of section 501 (c)(4) of the internal revenue code. Without limiting or expanding the foregoing, the purpose of the corporation is to support the holding of a statewide voter referendum relating to certain forms of gaming like "gray games- and "skill games,- and to promote responsible gaming in Virginia while educating the general public about the positive economic, job and tax revenue impact that comes from responsible gaming in Virginia and the detriments of "gray games- and "skill games-; provided, however, that such purposes shall not limit the ability of the corporation to carry out any social welfare purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code. The corporation shall not carry out any activities that are prohibited for an organization described in section 501 (c)(4) of the internal revenue code.
