This corporation shall be a non-profit corporation as the purposes of this corporation are to be religious and charitable and to establish and maintain a church with the following objectives: The advancement of the Traditional Roman Catholic Faith through the establishment of a convent for religious sisters to follow the spirit of the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel a Traditional Catholic Institution; in which Mass and the Sacraments are provided and provide the necessary instructions to the aspirants who wish to join.
