The Limen Foundation Inc

A. The primary purpose of the Limen foundation inc. (Limen) is to champion public education of the culinary arts through programs which will seek to bring chefs of diverse backgrounds together to participate in public events that celebrate cuisines from around the world.b. Limen's culinary arts programs will be conducted by a small and dynamic team that will be appointed by the Limen board of directors.c. This activity will be conducted in the United States at festivals, conferences, companies, culinary trade associations and at public events atfood service establishments.d. Limen's culinary arts programs are estimated to comprise of 90 percent of Limen's overall activities.e. The fundraising for Limen will consist mainly of solicitations during Limen events. Limen will also conduct fundraising through its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers making personal solicitations to contacts within the culinary industry throughout the United States.
