The Grove on Patterson

Mission: The Twelve Foundation seeks to create equal opportunities for quality substance use disorder treatment, which would otherwise be unaffordable, by mobilizing our community to support individuals and families seeking recovery. Our flagship program, The Grove on Patterson, will support pregnant and parenting persons seeking treatment with their children. We provide residential substance use treatment for an average of six months to pregnant and parenting women. Our goal is for them to remain with us at least 30 days post delivery of their child to assist in maintaining long term recovery. We will work with other local non-profits to provide wrap around services such as financial counseling, educational assistance, employment assistance, etc. to set them up for success upon leaving.
