Asheville Independent Restaurant Foundation Inc

The mission for which the corporation is organized is to engage in all lawful activities for which nonprofit corporations may be engaged pursuant to north carolina's nonprofit corporation act, n.c.g.s. Section 55a-3-01. The corporation will be organized and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, scientific, and literary purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, and as amended thereafter, and as a supporting organization as described in section 509(a)(3) of the code.
