A. The primary purpose of STYLUS NYC inc. (STYLUS) is a members club centered around sound, music, wellness, and food.b. STYLUS' programming will be conducted by a small and dynamic team that will be appointed by the STYLUS board of directors.c. This activity will be conducted in the lower east side neighborhood of Manhattan in a building that was previously home to an art gallery.d. STYLUS' members club programs are estimated to comprise 90 percent of STYLUS' overall activities.e. The fundraising for STYLUS will consist of membership dues.f. Substantially all of STYLUS' activities are for recreation centered around sound, music, wellness, and food, no part of the organization's net earnings inure to the benefit of any individual and the organization is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color,or religion.
