To operate exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, and to exclusively support and benefit, financially and/or operationally, food in need of distribution, inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("find") exempt from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the code and section 23701d of the California revenue and taxation code.
