Love Builds is organized and operated exclusively for religious and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code the Code Love Builds was formed to address the shortage of affordable housing Nearly one-third of the United States population is above the poverty line yet below the threshold necessary to be able to afford the average cost of housing in Colorado Because housing is a primary expense for this population Love Builds will make housing more accessible for this demographic
