Rice Lake Aquatics and Recreational Center Foundation Inc

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, education, and scientific pruposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (or consistent with the above general purposes, the specific purposes of this corporation shall be to support its member in its member's acquisition, construction, ownership, and operation of an aquatic facility at the lowest sustainable cost for the benefit of the residents of the city of Rice Lake and surrounding area.
