Congress Strong Action is organized and operated as a social welfare organization within the meaning of Section 501c4 of the Internal Revenue Code. Its primary purpose is to promote the common good and general welfare of the community by advocating for a stronger more effective Congress that reclaims its constitutional role under Article I of the U.S. Constitution. Congress Strong Action does not operate for the private benefit of any individual or group.
