EVR-Qalicb Inc. Applicant is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively for charitable educational or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder Regulations. The specific charitable and public purposes for which the Applicant is organized are to benefit and support the Elk Valley Rancheria California a federally recognized tribe of American Indians the Tribe and to lessen the burdens of government of the Tribe through job creation economic development and improvement efforts. Activities will include acquiring financing constructing reconstructing remodeling enlarging altering repairing operating managing leasing as Lessee or Lessor selling or otherwise disposing of any buildings equipment or other facilities by Tribe on or near Elk Valley Rancheria Reservation
