Mobile Loaves & Fishes Support corporation 4 (mlf sc4) is organized exclusively for such charitable purposes as will qualify it as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, the corporation is organized and will be operated at all times exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and/or to carry out the purposes of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, inc., a Texas non-profit corporation ("mlf") that is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) and section 509(a)(1) of the code.
